Advances of radiation delivery devices have increased the complexity oncology treatments. Herewith, outcome treatment, as well patient safety, strongly depend on consistency absorbed dose delivery. Both can be ensured by comprehensive system verification calculated distributions. Standard method is evaluation distribution according to gamma method, using a 2-D detector and homogeneous phantom, obtain measured distribution. Purpose this research was investigate influence tolerance criteria passing rate. Additionally, agreement in heterogeneous phantom analysed. Absorbed calculations were performed systems Monaco XiO. Detector with 1020 ionization chambers semi-anthropomorphic used for measurements. distributions around 3500 patients analysed method. In average rates within 3 %/2 mm. For measurements media, highest rate obtained small volumes medium treatment (??=93.84%), while large low yielded lowest (??= 83.22%).
